Mmm, smoothies. I love a good smoothie bowl as much as the next person.
You may not know it, but I used to be a health and wellness coach. I helped others improve their overall wellness by focusing on whole foods and self-care. Though I’m no longer a wellness coach, old habits die hard. And, quite honestly? This is a good habit to keep.
Smoothie bowls are great for me because I try to keep my breakfasts light and simple. A green smoothie bowl is also a way to get some quick greens into your diet, without a lot of effort. A few friends saw the photo of this on social media and asked for the recipe, so here goes.

Blend all smoothie ingredients in blender until smooth.
